When creating an account, the User becomes responsible of its account and its maintenance. Only one active account may be created or used by the User.

Always double-check the source of information by using the “Source” section on product pages. Information about products may have changed after the product was published or edited on the Service. As providing a working and trustworthy source URL is mandatory when publishing a product ; any broken source link is unintentional.
Prices displayed on the Service may not be an accurate representation of the current cost of the product. Prices are given as a reference when the product was published or edited on the Service. Prices may change or differ between retailers, regions, and dates. Additional taxes, customs fees and shipping costs may apply. Prices displayed in different currencies are estimates based on current exchange rates and may vary.
The Service design, code, database structure, interface, original text and communication materials are protected by intellectual property and copyright.
The Service may refer or link to manufacturers, retailers and other external websites. The Service does not control and has no responsability over their products, content, policies, security, or availability.
Listing a product, brand, company, image, or link on the Service does not mean that the website endorses it or has a partnership, sponsorship, or commercial relationship with its owner.
All trademarks, logos, brand names, product names and images are used for identification and informational purposes, and they are the property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark holders. All rights related to these trademarks are reserved by their respective owners.
The Service uses icons as part of its web interface. Some of these icons are part of the Lucide icons community library, licensed under ISC. The User may submit a product that falls directly in one of the Service’s product categories and has its brand is listed on the Service form.

The User is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of their submissions and must have the necessary rights or permissions to publish them.

By submitting User Content to the Service, the User acknowledges that such content may be reviewed, corrected, supplemented, formatted, or otherwise edited by other authorised Users or by the Service operators.
The User grants the Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, modify, distribute, and otherwise use User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Service.
The Service has the right to review, edit, reject, restrict, remove, or restore User Content. See our rules and guidelines page for detailed content standard. Manufacturers, rights holders, and other affected parties may report inaccurate specifications, duplicate products, inappropriate content, or ownership concerns.
Personnal data will be processed according to the Service’s privacy policy.
The Service may be modified, updated, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued. Features, account functions, or access conditions may change over time.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service operators are not responsible for losses arising from use of the Service, inaccurate User Content, unavailable features, third-party content, data loss, purchasing decisions, or unauthorized account activity.
The User remain responsible for independently verifying product information before making purchasing, financial, technical, safety-related, or other important decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, remedy, guarantee, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The User may request to terminate his account using the Service’s contact form. When requesting account termination, the User is required to provide his username and e-mail address in order to identify himself.
When receiving the User request, Service’s operators may take reasonable steps to double-check the User identity and will process the termination in accordance with these terms.
When an account is terminated, User Content may remain publicly accessible where appropriate for the operation and integrity of the Service. Personal data associated with the account will be deleted, anonymised, or otherwise processed in accordance with the Service’s privacy policy and applicable data-protection law.
These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory legal protections applicable to the User under the laws of their country of residence. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Service may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
These terms may be updated periodically. If the User holds an active account on the Service, he will be informed by e-mail of material changes and when revised terms become effective.
